FLATpak™ is CJS Coiled Tubing Supply’s new, patent pending method of encapsulating coiled tubing and electric strings. Used as a production conduit, the FLATpak™ umbilical can be configured to convey virtually any artificial lift system into an oil or gas well. FLATpak™ can also deploy pumps for well cleanout service operations and remove liquid, sand, or bitumen from filled wellbores. Due to its robust nature, FLATPak™ can be cycled, enabling it to perform multiple cleanouts in a day.

FLATpak™’s versatility makes it the ideal solution for a wide range of operations. While it can be modified to encapsulate virtually anything, traditional coil units can still deploy it. To date FLATpak™ has successfully been used to convey Hydraulic HSP Pumps, Jet Pumps and Gas Lift Systems.
