Overview

Revolutionary Design

CJS FLATpak™ features an innovative rectangular matrix design, encapsulating multiple coiled tubing strings or electrical conduits into one uniform body using a high strength thermoplastic jacket.

 

FLATpak™ is CJS Coiled Tubing Supply’s patent pending method of encapsulating coiled tubing and electric strings. FLATpak™’s versatility makes it the ideal, low-cost solution for a wide range of operations. While it can be modified to encapsulate any diameter of coiled tubing or electrical conduit, FLATpak™ can still be deployed by a conventional shallow coiled tubing unit equipped with modified strippers and injector chains. Using a specialized hanger and well head system, FLATpak™ can be deployed in existing gas wells as a temporary workstring or as a permanent installation. While hydraulic artificial lift systems require multiple strings, FLATpak™ reduces cost and complexity by combining all tubing conduits into one uniform body.  To date, CJS has installed hundreds of thousands of feet of FLATpak™ with well depths ranging from 1500 to 8000 feet. It has conveyed both hydraulic submersible and jet pumps and demonstrated exceptional resilience to wear.
