Safety

FLATpak™’s versatility makes it the ideal solution for a wide range of operations. While it can be  modified to encapsulate virtually anything, traditional coil units can still deploy it with multiple points of well control.

Revolutionary Design

CJS FLATpak™ features an innovative rectangular matrix design, encapsulating multiple coiled tubing strings or electrical conduits into one uniform body using a high strength thermoplastic jacket.

A History of Success

Since commercialization, CJS has worked with many top-tier companies to install hundreds of thousands of feet of FLATpak™.

Testimonial

“I like the product. Running the FLATpak™ is simple, like running one string, not three. It's cheap and easy and non-complicated.”

CJS ArmorPakTM

ArmorPakTM is CJS's most recent patent pending development. Requests from customers for deeper well depth cleanouts with the JetVak intervention tool as well as the need to convey hydraulic and electric pumps to greater true vertical depths at higher reservoir temperatures drove CJS to develop the ArmorPak Umbilical.

ArmorPak is manufactured in Canada by CJS and has significantly reduced delivery time and cost of this system to the end user. Specialized processes of assembling the umbilical in addition to the development of a novel suspension and pipe straightening system to accept ArmorPak's clamping system through a coiled tubing injector were developed by CJS to offer this product line. Additional developments connected to ArmorPak include a specialized stripper and blow out prevention system to facilitate live well ArmorPak installation.

ArmorPak, like FlatPakTM, can be configured to include injection capilliary conduits along with data transmission cables which are installed in the production tubing side of the umbilical. Additionally, when a closed loop hydraulic circut is required to drive a downhole motor such as HydraPak or CJS/Raise HSP, a novel process of concentrically installing a third tube into the hydraulic side of the dual umbilical permits injection and reciept of fluid through the concentric side of the umbilical.

ArmorPak is now available for distribution to the energy industry to facilitate the conveyance and actuation of any of CJS's downhole pumping tools.
